Upper East Tennessee Young Life is a branch of the global Christian ministry dedicated to supporting middle school, high school, and college students. Their mission is to "introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith" through a relational approach. Instead of waiting for kids to come to them, staff and volunteer leaders go "where kids are"—attending sporting events, hanging out in school cafeterias, and building authentic friendships based on trust and fun
