Spanning a massive 20,000 square feet across three stories, this merchant mall is housed in the historic building previously occupied by ETSU Physicians. It is owned by Cam McAllister and Johnny Dean McAllister, who designed the space to be "affordable, and clean" specifically curating a mix that appeals to both seasoned antique collectors and college students looking for unique, budget-friendly decor.
