Nelson Fine Art and Frames is a cornerstone of the Johnson City arts community. Established originally as Lady Bug Gallery in 1972, the business has been operated by Dick Nelson since 1990. It functions as both a professional conservation-grade custom frame shop and a vibrant art gallery.
