Lazy Lady Baking Co. is an artisan, scratch-made bakery and cafe located in the heart of downtown Johnson City. Founded by Maren Close—a Johnson City native who honed her craft in San Francisco—the bakery is tucked inside Atelier 133 (sharing space with the Fischman Gallery). It is widely celebrated for its hand-laminated croissants, seasonal menu rotations, and a "slow food" philosophy that uses local and organic ingredients, including 100% local flour for their sourdough.
