Johnson City Bedding is a family-owned regional powerhouse in the mattress manufacturing industry. Founded in 1934 by the Allison family during the Great Depression, the company has grown from a small local operation into a major regional manufacturer. They are a licensed producer for several major national brands and operate out of a massive facility on West Market Street. Unlike retail-only shops, this is where the beds are actually built, serving a nine-state trading area throughout the Southeast.
