A Johnson City institution since 1983, the Italian Pizza Pub is a cherished local landmark located in the West Walnut Street corridor near the ETSU campus. Known for decades as the home of "Burt" (longtime owner Burt Kordamiri), the business transitioned to new owners, Stacy and Will Martin, in 2021. The new owners have kept the original recipes—including the signature hand-tossed dough and secret house sauces—while updating the facility. It is a quintessential "college town" pizza joint: casual, nostalgic, and deeply rooted in the community.
