Insight Alliance

Insight Alliance is a community-based non-profit coalition dedicated to substance abuse prevention and recovery support in Washington County and the surrounding Northeast Tennessee region. The organization operates under the 501(c)(3) fiscal agency of The Promise Center. Rather than acting as a traditional clinical treatment facility, Insight Alliance functions as a strategic hub that coordinates community resources, identifies root causes of substance misuse, and supports local organizations in creating a healthier, safer environment.
