Groovy Grover’s is a unique, health-focused drive-thru and walk-up restaurant located in a repurposed bank building on West Walnut Street. Founded by Niki Giles in 2023, the eatery is a tribute to her grandfather, a WWII Navy cook nicknamed "Groovy Grover." The shop aims to provide "silly good," accessible, and fast nutrition, proving that "healthy" food can be both affordable and craveable. The building itself is a local landmark, featuring a drive-thru lane once used for banking and a walk-in cooler housed inside an original bank vault.
