Blue Ridge Clay Company is a premier boutique pottery studio located in downtown Johnson City. Founded by local artist Hunter Furches, the studio is a collaborative space designed for both professional creation and community learning. As of early 2026, the studio is transitioning its name to Blue Ridge Clay Company to better reflect its connection to the region and its expanding product line. It is a "working studio" where visitors can watch artists at work, purchase unique handmade stoneware, or get their own hands dirty in a class.
